Ileana with Mahesh
Ileana is said to have signed on the dotted line for Mahesh Babu’s next film in
the direction of Trivikram.
Incidentally this couple of being repeated after the industry hit Pokiri. Varudu
is title under consideration
for this film. This film is the second one in the combination of Mahesh Babu and
Trivikram. And it also the
second one in the combination of Trivikram and Ileana.
Vishnu reduces weight
Following the footsteps of Jr. NTR, Vishnu has reduced his weight to an amazing
extent. Everybody gasped with
surprise when a lean Vishnu (photo here) walked on the stage at the music launch
of Ram's latest film Ready. He
was supposed to do a film in the direction of Krishna Vamsi and it did not take
off. The details of his next
project are yet to be announced.
Smita sings for Deccan Chargers
Smita performed live yesterday for the match between Deccan Chargers and Mumbai
Indians on the evening at 6:30
pm at Rajiv Gandhi Stadium at Uppal. The Australian cheer leaders accompanied
Smita during her performance.

Arya sequel by Sukumar – Allu Arjun
Arya which got critic’s appreciation and commercial success to Sukumar, Allu
Arjun and Dil Raju is going to
have a sequel now. Sukumar is going to direct the sequel with Allu Arjun as
hero. Chatrapati Sivaji and Aditya
(producer of Jagadam) are going to joinly produce this Arya sequel. Dil Raju has
bought the Nizam rights of
this film. This sequel is the next film of Allu Arjun after Arya.
Charmme buys BMW 5 series car
Today (17 May) is the birthday of Charmme. It is learnt that she has bought
herself an expensive gift in the
form of BMW 5 series car. With Hyderabad having the showrooms of global cars
like BMW and Audi, it has become
accessible for our film stars to buy such cars. Being an actress who charges 25
lakhs a car, BMW may not be so
expensive gift.
Rainbow music on 21 May
Raahul’s (Tyson of Happy Days) second film Rainbow in the direction of VN Aditya
(Manasantha Nuvve fame) is
going to release on 21 May at a function arranged in Club Jayabheri. Singer
Nihal makes his debut as music
director with this film. Sonal Chauhan (Jannat fame) and Sindhu Menon are
playing female leads. VN Aditya is
also producing this film on Sri Siddhardha Movies banner.

Kantri on 9 May
NTR’s Kantri is all set to release on 9 May. The shooting is complete on 30 of
April. The date is confirmed today. Hankita Motwani and Tanishaa are doing
female leads in this mass entertainer with six songs and abundant fights. Meher
Ramesh directs this film. Mani Sharma composed music. C Aswini Dutt produces it.
Mohan Babu plays saint in Pandu Rangadu
Mohan Babu did the role of a saint who is instrumental in converting
Pundareekudu (played by Bala Krishna) into devotee. Bala Krishna does two roles
of lord and devotee. This film is based on classic Panduranga Mahatyam. Tabu,
Sneha, Archana and Suhasini are doing female leads. This film is expected to
release on 30 of May.
Vinayakudu shooting started today
Sonia’s (Shravs of Happy Days) second film Vinayakudu went to floors today. A
part of the film is shot today on Sonia. Sai Kumar Adivi (protégé of Sekhar
kammula) makes his debut as the director. Prem Kumar produces this film. Click
