Hero Sarath Kumar recently said in Hyderabad that his newly floated AISMK party
would never ever entertain alliance with any group in his state; and strongly
preferred to fight the coming elections singly. He said a talk about hike in
petrol and gas prices was mere waste of time. "It purely depended on the world
market and inflation scenario," he stated. But, in Chennai, the same actor
reversed the statements, saying he was ready to enter into alliance with
Vijaykanth's party and that his AISMK would stage protest against price hike of
petrol and gas. Also, he didn't agree with Central health minister Anbumani's
statement - That smoking in films has adverse impact on youth. Currently, he is
starring and producing the film 1977 with a whopping budget of Rs. 16 crore. In
the same film, the actor dons a getup resembling of Vijay Mallya with stylish
cigar pipe.
Happy Birthday to EVV
Senior director EVV Satyanarayana celebrates his birthday today. Hailing from
Godavari basin, the soft-spoken filmmaker always craved for making films in and
around his native district. Currently, he is engaged to the script work of
Fitting Master, starring his son Naresh. The film is expected to be launched
next month to schedules lasting for three months; with plan to release in

Bommarillu on 9th August
Siddardha’s 3rd direct Telugu film Bommarillu was all set to release on 9th of
August. Producer Dil Raju wanted to release d film on 5th July earlier. He had
to postpone this because Mahesh Babu’s industry hit Pokiri was completing 100
days on 5th August. Genelia doing heroine role. Debutant Bhaskar directs tis
film. Dil Raju was producing Bommarillu after delivering three continuous
blockbusters Dil, Arya n Bhadra. Devi Sri Prasad scored music.
Dasari buys Game Nizam n Vizag rights
Dasari bought distribution rights of Vishnu - Mohan Babu combination film Game 4
Vizag n Nizam territory. His distribution wing ‘Siri Media Pvt. Ltd.’ will take
care of this. Game was all set to release on 4th of August. Sobhana n Parvati
Melton are paired up with Mohan Babu n Vishnu respectively. G Ram Prasad
(Chirunavvutho fame) directs tis film. Joshua Sridhar composed four songs 4 tis
film.

Times Music, d audio wing of d Times Group ventures into Telugu Audio Market
with Hanuman (Jai Bajarangabali). Times Music has been very choosy of releasing
audio of d regional market. d audio of Hanuman Jai Bajarangabali was seen as a
prestigious entry into Telugu as this has none other than Megastar Chiranjeevi
lending his voice to d Hanuman character. Hanuman already being a successful
film of Hindi Mr.Chiranjeevi dubbing 4 d Telugu version has generated tremendous

Great Movies acquired Mega Star's forthcoming Magnum Opus STALIN theatrical
exhibition rights 4 Sydney & Newzealand. 'Stalin' will be Mega Star's first

Shiva 2006 rubs d cop of a wrong way
Ram Gopal Varma was always known 4 promoting his films of an aggressive style.
He came up with d caption ‘Policule Nerastulaithe’ 4 Shiva 2006. When posters of
tis film were splashed of main centers of Hyderabad a couple of weeks ago, d
cops removed all of them 4 tat controversial caption. RGV Factory has gone to
Telugu film producer’s counsel n censor board n get tis caption approved. RGV
Factory was going to paint d entire Hyderabad red with these posters. If anybody
object, RGV was planning to move to d court. Just like Shiva who revolts against
corruption n goondaism of students, Shiva 2006 revolts against corruption of
police system.
Gowtam Menon 4 Surya - RGV film
We mentioned of d last month Ram Gopal Varma was going to produce a trilingual
film with Surya (Ghazani fame) as hero. Gowtam Menon was going to direct tis
prestigious project tat was going to be made of Tamil, Telugu n Hindi. Jyothika
would act as executive producer. More details later.

Rama Naidu - Kalyani combination film Hope tat deals with suicide was going to
be released of d next month. Satish directed tis film. Producer Haranadh
