Samudra denies copying of Iranian film
Director V. Samudra said that his latest film Mallepoovu, starring Bhumika, is almost completed of its shoot. "It will be hitting the screens soon, may in early next month. I am happy that it has shaped up well." When asked about reports that he had plagiarized the subject from an Iranian movie, he made a modest reply, "Of course, there might be some slight similarities. The subject is original with full of nativity, to which I give great importance. I am surprised to know that people sniffed it too much out of nothing." Till date, this female-oriented film underwent silent producing away from media attention.

Ready trailers draw audience attention
Ready, a Seenu-Vytla movie starring Ram and Genelia, gets ready to hit the marquee on June 19th. Made on Sravanti movies banner with Ravikishore producing it, the flick is termed as an emotional comedy entertainer. Devi Sri Prasad scored music for the film; and the audio is doing considerably well. Separate trailers of the songs and stunts parts on the small screen have already generated some heat about the film in the industry and general audiences.

RP Patnaik was also scoring music 4 a film under production with Sairam Shankar as hero. He will also do music 4 SP Entertainment’s next film of d direction of Maddineni Ramesh.

Simran dropped fr Evadaithe Nakenti
Actress Simran was said to have been dropped fr Raja Sekhar’s next film Evadaithe Nakenti (Telugu remake of Malayalam blockbuster Lion) even before d regular shooting was started. Rajasekhar gave a diplomatic answer by saying tat she was not acting of tis film. But she will be doing heroine of his next project. Simran was replaced by a relatively unknown Malayali actress of Evadaithe Nakenti.
