Mamatha Mohandas’ glamour quotient is not exploited but adequately used. She
looks beautiful on screen. Sindhu Tulani’s happens to be a supporting role.
Comedy by Duvvasi Mohan is good and he proves to be the right entertaining
element in the film. Supreet portrayed powerful villainy as Paandu and he became
a frequent actor on Telugu screen these days. He seems to have better future on
screen. Ashuthosh Rana also did his part well. Tanikella Bharani also justified
his role as middle class father. Brahmanandam, Ali and Krishna Bhagawan although
present on screen they couldn’t bring in the laughter of their standards. In
right sense, it sounds that they are not rightly used by the director.
Coming to the technical departments, cinematography and costumes played good
role. Direction is also compact and gripping although a few comedy and romantic
scenes bring boredom for a few seconds. Ravi Babu’s license comedy doesn’t hold
better grip and sometimes interrupts the action-flow. Chakry would have worked
well on music part. He brought copied tune from Ace of Base album (‘all that she
wants’…number).
Ups and Downs:
Jagapathi Babu’s voice over for sometime brings in new energy
Villainy of Ashuthosh Rana and Supreet worked well on screen
Music by Chakri is weak and no tune haunts as an evidence to it
Cinematography and Editing deserves mention
Brahmanandam, Ali and Krishna Bhagawan are not used appropriately
Newness:
